The reality of life is the same in the courtroom as the home room. If you fail to chose the correct lawyer to handle your case you will lose what you thought was a great case. Carefully review with a possible attorney the case, the approach to be used and the result sought.

Many lawyers think they are the boss. Not true. The best way to have an attorney/client relationship is for the client to know he is the boss. The attorney is the employee (at will). The lawyer is responsible for advising the client on how things are handled and then ultimately the attorney must comply with the clients requests if it does not violate rules of professional conduct.

The fact of life is that the attorney after the case is handled will move on and the client and his/her family will live with the results.
