Can I make a claim for personal injury against a hotel for not having adequate security?

I was in a hotel in Las Vegas and attended a club inside. Somehow, a person carrying a weapon was able to get into the club and ended up assaulting me and seriously injuring me. Is the hotel liable at all? I did not see many security guards or people even being inspected and patted down for weapons before entering the club.

You in fact may have a negligence premise liability claim against the Hotel. Public attractions such as Hotels and Amusement parks are required to take security measures to ensure a safe and sound environment for their patrons. You should consult with a Premise Liability Personal Injury attorney immediately so the scene of the assault injury can be properly analyzed to determine if the hotel was negligence on their part at all. If they were, you can surely sound on a successful lawsuit with compensation coming your way. It may also be possible to negotiate a fair settlement outside of court.

Talk to a Personal Injury Lawyer to find out what legal options you have to bring a claim for compensation against the club.
