Question: I was playing tennis with a friend the other day at a country club when I hit a crack in the court and fell and broke my arm. Since the court was cracked, and as my friend had said it had been cracked for some time, do I have a case for negligence?

There is a very good possibility that you can make the argument that the country club was negligent in their actions. The first thing you need to do is find a local attorney that can give you legal counsel, and if necessary, present your case to a judge. Also, it wouldn’t hurt if you had a picture of the court with the crack in it, and you should probably organize your medical bills.
