Question: I went to the market recently where I was buying some bags of gravel for my driveway. When I picked up the first bag the stack became unstable and 5 bags fell on my leg and injured my knee. Can I sue?

You can sue, but to win your case you will have to prove that the store owner and/or management were negligent in the way that they stacked the bags. You will also have to prove that you were not at fault for the way that the bags fell. You should speak with a lawyer in your area about this matter because a lawyer can decide whether your case is winnable and if so, they can help you organize and present your case.
