I injured myself by dropping some construction items on my leg that I just bought from a store. Do I have a valid lawsuit?
Question: I went to the market recently where I was buying some bags of gravel for my driveway. When I picked up the first bag the stack became unstable and 5 bags fell on my leg and injured my knee. Can I sue?

You can sue, but to win your case you will have to prove that the store owner and/or management were negligent in the way that they stacked the bags. You will also have to prove that you were not at fault for the way that the bags fell.
