I was hurt in a bus accident when the bus driver was driving poorly. It wasn’t the bus itself that caused the accident, but the bad driving. Can I sue the company itself, instead of the bus driver? I’m afraid the bus driver won’t have enough money to pay for all of my medical bills from all of my injuries

The bus driver was an agent of the company. As a result, the company is usually going to be held legally responsible for the bus drivers actions. This means that you should be able to sue the bus company, and the bus company will usually be found to be liable (legally responsible) for the actions of their agent (the bus driver). You should speak with a personal injury attorney to explore the extent of the bus companies liability for your damages and injuries and get advice about filing suit against the bus company.
