I just found out that I have mesothelioma and I want to bring a lawsuit for it. What do I do first?
The first thing you should do is hire a lawyer that can give yo legal counsel, organize your case, and represent you in court. Next you should figure out where you came into contact with asbestos, if you have not already done so. Common places are old buildings, automotive plants, and from a family member who worked or lived in an area prone to asbestos.
