A slip and fall lawyer is a lawyer who conducts litigation for victims of slip and fall accidents. In these cases, the victim alleges that the accident was another person's fault, and further, that the person is liable for the injuries and must pay damages. As a way to preclude a costly lawsuit, the lawyer's first action on the victim's behalf will be to contact the person being held liable and their insurance.
