There are a number of illnesses that affect neurological function. One of them is cerebral palsy. Infant and fetus development are compromised because of cerebral palsy. Much of the brains neurological abilities are effects by cerebral palsy. Infant developmental issues may include reduced sensation, epilepsy, joint and bone deformities, and abnormal muscle tone.
