Aviation Accidents

Aviation accidents refer to accidents occurring with aircraft, such as airplanes and helicopters, etc. There are a variety of reasons that aviation accidents occur. Some of the most common reasons are pilot error, flaws in the airplane's design, faulty equipment, non-compliance with FAA rules and regulations, and error on the part of the tower personnel. Aviation accidents are on the increase in recent years, but this is due to the additional flights that have been implemented to accommodate the ever-growing number of commuters that travel by air. Because of the extremely high speed at which an airplane and other aircrafts fly, the height at which they fly, and the different terrains they fly over, aviation accidents almost always result in serious injury and death.
