People of all walks of life, and from an array of professions, find themselves in situations in which they are assaulted by security. Among them are journalists who are after a story, fans who want to get a tad too close to their favorite celebrity, club goers who cause a scene, and a host of others. When a person feels that they have been assaulted by security personnel they have the right to press charges. In almost all cases, the security personnel will insist they only acted in a manner to protect that which they were hired to protect. Still, there are many situations in which security personnel become a bit overzealous, and act in a manner that goes beyond what was required in the situation.
