Injury Lawsuits

An injury lawsuit can cover anything from physical or emotional pain suffered by an individual or individuals, damage to a person's reputation damages that result from the direct result of a breach of a contract or the loss of a person's legal rights, or damage incurred to real and or personal property. Whether these acts are intentional or incidental, the law is designed to establish whether or not there is sufficient evidence to find there has been a wrongful act committed, and as such, give a complainant an award for injuries suffered. Awards in an injury lawsuit can range from monetary compensation for actual damages to property, or loss of property, costs incurred by the complainant as a direct result of the defendants actions or failure to act, loss of time from work, and future anticipated cost the complainant may, in all likelihood, incur.
