Injury Compensation Claim

Injuries compensation is an award given by a court, paid out by the losing party or their insurance company, to a person that has suffered an injury as a direct result of the negligent actions of the losing party. Negligence includes an actual act perpetrated against the complainant, the inability to adequately warn a person of a danger associated with an event of product, the lack of taking reasonable precautions, and or the extent of the defendants liability as it pertains to the incident. An injury compensation claim can seek to recover compensation for such things as medical bills, lost wages, anticipated medical expenditures, and pain and suffering. An injury compensation does not encompass recovery for damaged property, either private or public.
