Fatal Automobile Accidents

A motor vehicle accident is considered to be a fatal automobile accident should any person involved in the accident die. This includes the driver of the car, any passenger in the car, or any other person involved, for example for example a pedestrian or cyclist. Fatal automobile accidents may occur due to the fault of one or more motor car drivers, the behavior of a cyclist or pedestrian, vehicle faults such as blown tires, or environmental conditions such as black ice. Drink driving may also significantly increase the probability of being involved in a fatal car accident, as alcohol impairs judgment and makes it difficult to drive in a safe way.
